ISS question on the interview

Hello everyone,
I had a question on the interview about the in-school suspension in middle school. I have never heard that term before since I teach elementary, we only have the after school detention. They asked me about how I would set up one in school. I am going to google it , however, I would like to hear from someone who has done it.
